This Privacy Policy addresses data collection and privacy practices only. Venue rules, guest conduct, payments, headcount, safety, and vendor responsibilities are addressed in the Terms of Use and the Event Contract.

By booking an event and/or using the venue, you acknowledge and agree that Azteca Hall may use event photos/videos that may include you and your guests for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, digital ads, printed materials, and similar channels).

Opt-out: If you do not want you or your guests to appear in promotional media, you must notify us in writing before the event (or as otherwise stated in the Event Contract). We will make reasonable efforts to honor timely written opt-out requests; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all candid or wide-angle footage.

Additional media permissions and restrictions may be addressed in the Event Contract.

4) How We Share Information

We may share information when necessary with:

  • Service providers supporting our operations (website hosting, CRM/email tools, analytics, customer support platforms)
  • Payment processors (if applicable) to process transactions and prevent fraud
  • Scheduling/booking platforms (if applicable) to manage appointments and reservations
